• NON-DISTRIBUTOR RETURNS

    We want to make sure you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. Accordingly, in addition to the standard Limited Warranty provided with the product, which covers product defects in workmanship and material, we accept returns of unused or defective merchandise for 60 days from the receipt of shipment with NO RESTOCKING CHARGE or RETURN SHIPPING FEE. (See below for details). Simply call Emerson Air Comfort Products at 1-800-237-6511 or send an email to Kimberly.Benito@Emerson.com to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Our Customer Service Representative will assist you with the returns process. We reserve the right to change our policy.

    What can be returned?

    • We accept returns within 60 days of receipt of unused product. Such unused product MUST meet the following criteria:
      • Be returned within 60 days of receipt of shipment
      • Be free from scratches and/or defects and in complete resalable condition
      • Not have been installed or had wires cut
      • Be in the original packaging, on which there cannot be any writing on the original packaging (aside form pre-paid FedEx Ground label)
    "Clearance" and discontinued products are not eligible for return under this policy. All returned product will be inspected by our Returns Department for condition and contents. If the returned product fails to meet all of the above criteria, no credit will be given and someone from our Returns Department will contact you to offer you the option of returning the product to you or disposing of it, at our expense.

    How do I set up a return?

    • Please call Emerson Air Comfort Products at 1-800-237-6511 or send an email to Kimberly.Benito@Emerson.com to request a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number. Our Customer Service Representative will assist you with the returns process.

    How do I cancel my order?

    • Please call Emerson Air Comfort Products at 1-800-237-6511 or send an email to Kimberly.Benito@Emerson.com to request an order cancellation. We highly recommend you do this quickly to prevent order processing. You can request a cancellation up until we ship your order. Once items are en route, the order cannot be cancelled.

    Do I pay for shipping on my return?

    • Emerson Air Comfort Products will pay the FedEx Ground return shipping costs if the item is returned from within the US. After the RGA has been issued, we will provide you with a pre-paid FedEx Ground label to return the item to us. Any FedEx drop-off location will accept your return once the prepaid return label has been attached to the return shipment.

    What if I’m returning multiple items?

    • If you receive multiple return labels for items you intend to return together, or are returning multiple purchases together, please call Emerson Air Comfort Products at 1-800-237-6511, or send an email to Kimberly.Benito@Emerson.com, to prevent any problems or delays in processing your refund.

    What prevents me from receiving credit back for a returned item?

    • All returned items will be inspected by our Returns Department for condition and contents. If the returned items are found to be incomplete or in used condition, your return will not be processed. For your item to be returned, it MUST meet the following criteria:
      • Be in resalable condition
      • Be free from scratches and/or defects
      • Not have been installed or had wires cut
      • Have the original packaging for the item—and there cannot be any writing on the original packaging

    Are there restocking fees for a processed return?

    • No. Your credit will include the price of the returned items and any taxes, less any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after Emerson Air Comfort Products has received and processed your returned item(s) through our return procedure.

    When will I receive my credit

    • Subject to the limitations as to the time of the return and condition of the product, your credit will include the price of the returned product and any taxes, less the original shipping charges, and will appear after Emerson Air Comfort Products has received, inspected, and processed your returned product(s) through our return procedure. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credits to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.

    My purchase was damaged during shipping. How do I return it?

    • Please inspect the merchandise immediately when you receive it. If it appears damaged, you can refuse the shipment as "damaged - return to sender". Product damaged in shipment that you accept delivery of is also subject to our standard Product Returns Policy. All claims for damages or shortage/deduction must be made within 30 days of delivery. After the product has been cut or installed, we will not be able to help with any complaints of damages, including visible or material defects.
